2016 Edgewater 368CC

The 2016 Edgewater 368CC is a 36-foot center console built on a lightweight fiberglass twin-step hull designed for both family cruising and fishing. Power comes from three Yamaha 300 hp four-stroke outboard engines with just over 600 hours. The boat is equipped with new 2025 Yamaha Helm Master EX digital electric steering, autopilot, and joystick control, replacing the original electronic hydraulic system. A carbon fiber hardtop sits atop the helm, mounted with Taco outriggers and a Garmin 4-foot open array radar. Triple Garmin MFDs provide navigation and fish-finding capability, with LED lighting throughout the boat.

The design balances fishing functionality with comfort. An expanded console cabin features a walk-in galley with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and small dinnette, plus a full berth with 12V air conditioning. Aft of the helm is an electric grill for cooking. The cockpit and bow offer wraparound seating with a retractable table forward. A bow thruster aids docking, though the Helm Master EX joystick makes it optional. The windlass and anchor locker are recessed in the bow.

Fishing-oriented features include a 45-gallon transom livewell, two integrated 200-quart insulated fishboxes in the deck, a bait-prep station with sink, fresh and raw water washdowns, and electric reel outlets. The helm seat is adjustable and electrically powered. The frameless windshield offers unobstructed visibility without distortion.

The boat cruises comfortably at 33 knots and reaches speeds exceeding 50 knots. The twin-step hull construction keeps the weight under 8,500 pounds for a quick ride. One head is aboard. The boat accommodates up to 14 persons and has a passenger capacity suited to family outings and group cruising.
