2016 Everglades 255 Center Console
About This Yacht
This 2016 Everglades 255 Center Console is a 25-foot fiberglass boat built around a deep-V hull design by naval architect Dougherty. Twin Yamaha engines producing 400 horsepower total drive the boat, making it capable both in open water and near shore. The design balances offshore performance with practical shallow-water versatility.
The helm station features an oversized dash for electronics, a combination helm seat and leaning post, and Everglades' hydraulic sliding windshield. Forward console seating provides passenger accommodation, while an ergonomic workstation sits amidships. A 75-quart sliding cooler is integrated into the layout.
Fishing capability defines the build. The boat includes a 34-gallon circulating livewell, spacious fish boxes at bow and stern, two tackle lockers, and a 20-gallon freshwater washdown system. Rod holders are distributed throughout. Hardware includes 8-inch stainless steel pull-up cleats, powder-coated toe rails, and a lockable transom gate with freeing port. An electrically actuated aft seat with hatch provides straightforward bilge access.
