2016 Fountaine Pajot Helia 44

The Helia 44 is a 2016 Fountaine Pajot catamaran built for both comfort and performance. At 43 feet in length with a 24-foot beam, this four-cabin, four-head design pairs a spacious layout with the stability and fuel efficiency inherent to catamaran construction. Twin 80-horsepower Volvo Penta diesel engines provide reliable cruising power.

The interior centers on a bright saloon with wraparound windows and forward-facing navigation station. The galley runs in a U-shape and includes a three-burner stove, oven, two-drawer stainless steel refrigerator, freezer, and substantial storage. The four cabins each feature a queen-size bed with private en-suite head and separate shower compartment, along with good natural light, ventilation, and storage. The salon table converts to accommodate additional guests.

On deck, the covered flybridge steering station connects directly to the cockpit for easy movement, and the helmsman's seat accommodates three. A separate lounge area sits just forward of the flybridge. The cockpit features a large dining table with bench seating for eight to ten, and a hard-top Bimini provides shade. Galley and cockpit flow seamlessly into one entertaining space.

The boat received new house batteries in January 2023, new refrigerators in December 2022, and a heat exchanger service in August 2023.
