This 2016 Nautor Swan ClubSwan 50 is a 55-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built to the exacting standards of the ClubSwan line. The boat features a carbon mast with three swept-back spreaders, carbon standing rigging, and a bowsprit. The rig is managed by six Harken 65.3 STR winches—two three-speed manual units for backstays and mainsheet, and two additional manual winches on the coach roof for halyards, reefs, and jib sheets. A hydraulic mast jack and DSK running rigging complete the sail-handling systems.
The accommodation comprises a forward owner's cabin with blackout and mosquito screens on the deck hatch, and a head with shower, toilet, and sink. The galley includes a two-burner stove with oven, sink, refrigerator, and substantial storage. A Webasto Air Top EVO 40 diesel heater provides warmth, while an 80-liter holding tank and seawater flush toilet support extended cruising. An 80-liter holding tank and bilge pumps manage the plumbing systems.
Deck and cockpit surfaces feature 3mm natural teak on the side decks, foredeck, and cockpit sole and seats. A foldable stainless steel bathing ladder, removable sprayhood in Sunbrella, and cushioned cockpit seats with backrests enhance usability. The mainsheet track with roller-bearing car is controlled by a manual purchase system.
Electronics and navigation systems include a B&G racing package with H5000 pilot controller and computer, dual multifunction displays (Zeus 9 and Zeus 27), external VHF handset, Wifi module, and GPS. The autopilot operates via hydraulic ram with rudder feedback. Service battery capacity has been upgraded to 330Ah across three Victron 12V deep-cycle AGM units. Safety equipment aboard includes a life raft for ten, six life jackets, pyrotechnics, life buoy, signal horn, and first aid kit.
