2016 Pursuit S 280 Sport

The 2016 Pursuit S 280 Sport is a 28-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha engines producing 500 horsepower. The boat delivers both styling and practical design, with teak accents, a hardtop with white powder-coated aluminum frame, and integrated overhead storage. Standard equipment includes a Clarion stereo with AM/FM/CD and auxiliary input, three spreader lights, helm canvas curtains, and interior overhead lighting.

The helm setup features a split leaning post with flip-up bolsters and fixed armrests to accommodate both seated and standing operation. A folding aft stern seat with lumbar support cushions provides additional seating, and the console houses lockable storage plus a head compartment with holding tank, pump out, and macerator. The boat includes a stainless steel drawer refrigerator and a 140-quart molded cooler with stern bench seating.

The bow has split-level molded seating with lockable rod storage and padded reel protectors, plus a raised foredeck with aggressive non-skid surface. Twin 29-gallon insulated in-deck lockers with pump out serve for fish storage or general gear stowage. A tackle center with removable trays, an insulated 45-gallon transom fish box, and an optional 45-gallon recirculating livewell round out the fishing setup.

For water access and recreation, the boat features a transom gate and telescoping stainless steel ladder. A freshwater cockpit sprayer allows rinsing after water activities or for cleaning equipment and the deck.
