2016 Regal 28 Express

This 2016 Regal 28 Express is a 28-foot fiberglass express cruiser built for both day cruising and overnighting. Powered by a Volvo V8 300-horsepower gasoline engine installed in May 2023 with approximately 162 hours, the boat delivers strong acceleration and cruises comfortably at 28 knots with a top speed of 49 knots. A Westerbeke 3.5kW generator was also installed in May 2023. Additional mechanical upgrades include a new Lewmar bow thruster fitted in October 2023, a complete lower unit service completed in June 2026, new shift cable installed in June 2026, and reconditioned propellers as of October 2024.

The cockpit features a spacious social layout with ample seating and a convertible sun lounge. A wet bar and refreshment center are integrated into the design, with an easy-access swim platform finished in new SeaDek. Below deck, the cabin holds a forward berth and convertible mid-cabin sleeping area. The galley is outfitted with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. An enclosed head with shower completes the accommodation.

The interior is finished with modern details throughout. A minor stain on the rear aft seat represents the only noted cosmetic issue. All systems are fully operational.
