2013 Regal 28 Express

The 2013 Regal 28 Express is a mid-size express cruiser built on the brand's FasTrac stepped hull, which delivers a smoother ride, quicker planing, and improved fuel efficiency. Powered by a Volvo Penta 5.7 GIC engine with 423 hours, the yacht reaches speeds up to 32 knots and cruises comfortably at 22 knots. The bright, open cabin design combines modern styling with thoughtful layout, making the boat feel considerably larger than its 28-foot length while remaining easy to handle.

The cockpit features Regal's multi-position aft seating that converts between forward-facing, aft-facing, sun-lounger, and full dinette configurations. An oversized swim platform with SeaDek completes the entertaining space, which includes a flat screen TV and refrigeration. A portside lounger and swivel captain's chair add additional flexibility.

Below decks, the cabin offers over 6 feet of headroom throughout. The forward U-shaped dinette converts into a double berth, while a separate mid-cabin provides another sleeping area. The galley is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and Corian-style countertops. An enclosed head with electric toilet, vanity, and hot/cold shower supports extended cruising.

The boat features air conditioning and heat, a portable propane unit for the cockpit, Simrad electronics, and shore power with battery charger. Recent upgrades include new upholstery throughout the cabin and cockpit, a custom mattress, and new SeaDek on the swim platform.
