This 2016 Yamaha 190 FSH Deluxe is a center console built around a jet drive—a design that eliminates the prop entirely, allowing shallow water exploration and tight-quarters maneuvering around docks and sandbars. Powered by a Yamaha 1.8L High Output gasoline engine, the boat runs on a single 180 hp motor and has accumulated approximately 200 hours. The jet drive configuration makes it forgiving to operate in confined areas and close to shore, where conventional props would risk damage.
The open center console layout suits both serious fishing and family cruising. A bow casting chair anchors the fishing setup, while the two-tier swim platform and straightforward deck design keep the boat accessible for multiple uses. For slow-speed control and docking precision, the boat has been upgraded with twin rudders and a lateral thruster, improvements that enhance steering response and reverse maneuvers beyond the standard Articulating Keel.
Electronics are comprehensive: a Humminbird Helix 10 multifunction display with GPS navigation, side imaging, and down imaging; dual transducers; and a separate through-hull depth sounder. A Minn Kota Riptide Terrova 24V trolling motor with integrated GPS and i-Pilot remote control pairs with two 100AH AGM batteries and a Minn Kota 4-bank charger. The boat also carries a Standard Horizon VHF radio with AIS and GPS, two Cannon downrigger plugs, a Jensen Marine Bluetooth stereo with USB, and docking lights. A center console enclosure with zip curtains provides weather protection and houses a porta potty; additional features include a high-volume bilge pump with manual switch and shore power hookup.
An oil and filter service was completed at the end of the 2025 season. The boat reflects thoughtful upgrades and consistent care over its ownership.
