This 75-foot aluminum houseboat was custom designed with a reverse floor plan that maximizes living and entertainment space across three deck levels. Built in 2017, it accommodates up to 18 guests in sleeping arrangements and features a master suite with king bed and ensuite bath, three upper-level king staterooms, three queen cuddy cabins, and two children's bunk areas with television. The boat includes four full bathrooms with custom tile showers in select locations, and comprehensive kitchen facilities with full-size stainless steel range, dual refrigerator/freezer units, dishwasher, commercial ice-maker, and complete cookware and appliances.

The upper deck serves as the primary social hub, with a full bar featuring granite counters, ice-maker and seating for ten, a teak dining table seating ten, dual helm stations with backup camera, 60-inch LED television with surround sound, and weather protection via full black mesh screening and ceiling fans. The third deck includes an open layout with two queen day beds and additional sleeping pads, a custom sofa, and a second bar area. Entertainment systems throughout include satellite television, a main entertainment center, and audio docking capabilities.

Power comes from twin diesel Mercruiser 170 HP engines with Bravo II drives, supported by twin diesel Kohler 24kW generators. Fuel capacity totals 1,375 gallons across main and auxiliary tanks. The boat features a UVB freshwater processing system, 900-gallon holding tank, windlass anchoring with four heads, electronic navigation and lighting systems, dual helm positions with full controls, and a 8,000-watt inverter with battery backup. Additional features include washer/dryer, full extended swim platform with water stairs, PWC ramps with winches, BBQ grill, and Starlink connectivity.
