2017 Boston Whaler 420 Outrage

The 2017 Boston Whaler 420 Outrage is a 42-foot sportfish built on a fiberglass hull and powered by four Mercury Verado V10 engines producing 1,600 total horsepower. The boat reaches speeds up to 57 knots and cruises efficiently at 28 knots. Recent major work includes new engines with 20 hours of operation, new hull paint in blue metallic, refreshed upholstery and canvas, and a warranty extending to October 2030. The powerplant delivers smooth, quiet performance with high torque characteristics and accelerates from idle to 30 mph in 8.6 seconds.

The cabin provides comfortable overnight accommodation with seven feet of headroom, a private head, V-berth, and galley. A Kohler 10 EKD gas generator with 105 hours supports onboard power needs.

The boat carries extensive electronics and amenities: Raymarine open array 4kw radar, HD satellite weather capability, triple display screens, forward and rear FLIR cameras, and a Seakeeper 5 stabilizer. The cockpit features folding bench seating to starboard, radial outriggers, multi-color underwater lighting, full side glass, and satellite television and radio. A summer kitchen replaces the bait center with electric grill, freshwater sink with hot and cold water, cutting board, dual refrigerator drawers, and additional counter and storage space. Fold-down trolling seats, teak tables forward and aft, and a premium audio system complete the equipment package. The boat operates on gasoline fuel.
