2017 Bruce Roberts 33 Spray

This 33-foot Bruce Roberts Spray is a steel cutter built to serious offshore cruising standards. The hull is 1/8-inch welded steel with a full keel design and encapsulated lead ballast, finished in green with a white boot stripe. The boat has never been launched and remains in near-complete condition, with the construction phase largely finished and systems ready for commissioning.

Power comes from a 65-horsepower Isuzu diesel engine that has seen only minimal run time since being rebuilt. The boat carries a cutter rig with newer Dacron sails from Mac Sails (2018) and standing rigging that was inspected in 2018; the mast is already stepped. Steering is hydraulic with an emergency tiller backup. Ground tackle includes multiple anchors and a windlass system.

The interior layout features a forward cabin with berth and workspace, an enclosed head with holding tank, a spacious salon with opposing settees and navigation station, a galley equipped with a Force 10 stove and oven, and twin quarter berths aft. Onboard systems include diesel heating, propane galley facilities, and pressure water throughout. The large cockpit has pedestal steering and an aluminum dodger.

The boat is substantially complete and ready for an owner to finish commissioning and personalize the remaining details. A 2025 survey is available.
