The 2017 Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 Evolution is a 44-foot catamaran with a 24-foot beam, powered by twin Volvo Penta diesel engines rated at 120 horsepower each. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 8 knots and cruises at 6 knots. It was delivered from the factory with the Oceanic Package and upgraded engines beyond the standard specification.

The catamaran accommodates six cabins and four heads, making it well-suited for larger groups or extended cruising. The main saloon and exterior seating areas feature cushioning that was renewed in 2026. The trampoline netting was replaced in 2023.

Power management is handled through both solar panels and an Onan generator, allowing independence from shore power.
