The 2017 Galeon 510 Sky is a 51-foot fiberglass motor yacht built to Polish standards and engineered for blue-water cruising. Twin Volvo Penta D11 diesel engines rated at 670 hp each drive the boat to a maximum speed of 34 knots, with a cruising speed of 28 knots. The yacht's signature feature is its retractable Skybridge—an upper helm station with electronically operable cover that provides exceptional sightlines while protecting the area from weather and condensation. A lower helm station mirrors the upper setup with Raymarine electronics and full controls, offering redundancy for longer passages.
The interior combines three cabins and two heads with a sophisticated salon layout. The main cabin features a galley positioned aft, electronically operated side windows that drop down for ventilation, and a retractable sunroof that opens the space to natural light and air. Starboard and port aft sliding windows open toward wrap-around deck seating. The boat includes hydraulically deployable side extensions that increase beam by five feet, accommodating bar stools on the port side and allowing galley counter extensions for entertaining. A spacious forward salon transitions seamlessly to the aft deck through retracting stacked doors.
Additional features include bow and stern thrusters for maneuvering, a massive aft storage locker accessible from the transom hatch off the swim platform—suitable for dive equipment, fishing gear, or crew quarters—and integrated engine room access. In July 2025, both engines received service including new filters and oil, and the complete cooling system was removed and serviced.
