2017 Intrepid 475 Sport Yacht

The 2017 Intrepid 475 Sport Yacht is a 47-foot express cruiser powered by quad Yamaha F350NCC engines delivering 1,400 horsepower total. Built on a fiberglass hull, this boat combines performance capability with substantial onboard comfort and a comprehensive suite of systems designed for serious cruising and fishing.

Below deck, accommodations include a master stateroom and guest stateroom, each with separate air conditioning controls. The main cabin features a bow dinette that converts to a bed, and a full head with shower stall. The galley is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, sink, and microwave, with teak and holly flooring throughout and high-gloss cherry cabinetry providing interior finish. An electric hi/low table in the cabin converts to an additional berth.

Navigation and control systems are comprehensive: dual Furuno TZtouch2 15.6-inch multifunction displays with integrated fish finder, open array radar, autopilot, and depth/speed/position instrumentation. Foredeck and aft deck cameras interface with the displays. A Yamaha Helm Master joystick provides intuitive control, supported by a 12-kilowatt Fisher Panda generator, power converter with management system, and C-Zone switching with remote. Additional features include a Vetus 24-volt bow thruster, ICOM ship-to-shore radio, Fusion stereo with JL speakers and amplifier, and a built-in Brownie's scuba diving compressor system.

The boat has received comprehensive mechanical attention: all three major engine services were completed by Yamaha-certified mechanics, lower units were disassembled and resealed in May 2026, and all engine, generator, and house batteries were replaced in January 2025. The aft deck cover is new as of May 2025, and a full haul-out with block, paint, and launch was completed in May 2026. The boat has been kept under covered slip protection on the Chesapeake Bay.
