2017 Jeanneau 51

The 2017 Jeanneau 51 is a composite-hulled cruising yacht measuring 50.36 feet overall, with a beam of 15.39 feet. Built around a bulb keel for stability, the boat is powered by an 80-horsepower YAMMER diesel engine fitted with a three-blade folding propeller and direct drive system. The engine shows 1750 hours of service. A bow thruster provides additional manoeuvrability, and an electric windlass simplifies anchoring operations.

The layout comprises three cabins and two heads, along with a main saloon and galley. Accommodation features include a slated bunk in the owner's cabin, teak joinery throughout, indirect lighting in the cabins and saloon, and a wine cooler. The galley is equipped with a three-burner stove, oven, and grill; a separate range hood and hot water service are also fitted. An air heating system provides warmth throughout the boat.

The cockpit is finished in teak and includes a chart table, foldable rear sun lounger with matching cushions, and triple roof sun lounger. Teak trim continues to the folding rear skirt, operated electrically with wireless remote control. A Sunbrella charcoal-grey bimini top with LED lighting, hydraulic swim platform, and retractable davits rated to 110 kilograms complete the outdoor spaces. An electric winch works the roof furler.

Navigation and performance equipment includes dual Raymarine multifunction touchscreens, autopilot with gyrocompass, AIS transponder, VHF radio, and integrated loch and depth sounder. Power systems comprise four 125-amp service batteries and engine battery (both 2024), a 2000-watt converter, a 475-watt solar panel, and 220-volt and 12-volt circuits. Recent maintenance includes a 2024 antifouling treatment and 2024 survey of six-person life raft. Sails include a 2022 mainsail, genoa, and code sail. The boat includes a Cabesto tender with Torqeedo 1003 CS electric motor.
