2017 Lagoon 450 F

This 2017 Lagoon 450 F is a three-cabin catamaran built in fiberglass, measuring 45 feet with a 26-foot beam. The boat is powered by two Yammer diesel engines of 57 horsepower each, fitted with Max Prop propellers. The engine hours stand at 1,250. Fresh water capacity is 700 liters.

The three-cabin layout includes three electric heads and accommodations finished in comfort trim. The main saloon features Devon leather upholstery, low table, courtyard lighting, and cabin ventilation. Interior spaces are carpeted, and cabins are fitted with USB charging points. A washer-dryer combination, dishwasher for six place settings, microwave, and two refrigerators plus one freezer provide galley and laundry capability. Heating is supplied by an Eberspacher system. The boat carries a 100-liter-per-hour 12V water maker installed in 2019.

The sail plan consists of a reinforced dacron mainsail with lazy bag and lazy jack, a dacron jib, and a Code 0 on a Harken roller. A spinnaker boom and full rigging package are included. Three automatic reefing points are fitted. Deck equipment includes electric winches, chain counter with anchor windlass control, and a bow pulpit with pushpit and Code 0 gear.

Electronics and power systems feature a B&G navigation pack with Zeus 12-inch helm display, radar, autopilot, and remote pilot control. Additional systems include VHF with a second handset, AIS transponder, 4G antenna with WiFi, and TV antenna. The electrical setup comprises six 480-amp-hour GEL batteries, a 3000W 12/220V converter, and three 370W solar panels. A tender davit system and Highfield inflatable with 9.9 horsepower Suzuki outboard are included. The hull was antifouled in May 2023.
