2017 Monterey M-65

The 2017 Monterey M-65 is a 26-foot fiberglass deck boat powered by a single Mercury Verado 300 hp gasoline engine. Built with practical cruising and entertaining in mind, this model combines open-air deck space with well-appointed amenities. The hull features air-assist chining, stainless steel railings and cleats, a walk-through door at both helm and transom, and a full suite of docking and navigation lights. Rod holders are mounted at the transom.

The cockpit is designed for both comfort and utility, with a pedestal table, forward cooler, and a wet bar featuring a solid surface insert, sink, faucet, and slide-out cooler. Blue and white LED courtesy lighting and an upgraded stereo complete the entertainment setup. A transom shower provides cold water rinsing, while a separate forward head includes an electric flush toilet with dockside pump-out, vanity, sink, and pullout sprayer. Synthetic wood flooring runs throughout.

Navigation and helm control are straightforward, with a compass, depth sounder with shallow water alarm, digital GPS speedometer, and mercury power-assisted steering. The instrumentation panel incorporates fog-resistant gauges and low-glare night lighting. A manual retractable bimini canvas and bow and cockpit covers provide sun and weather protection.

The boat includes automatic bilge pumping, a battery charger with deck plug, and an electrically actuated bilge hatch. Engine and bilge compartments are gel-coated. Anchor storage with fiberglass hatch and transom storage with gas-assisted hatch provide dedicated stowage.
