The 2017 Scout 255 Dorado is a dual console sportfishing boat powered by a single Yamaha F-300 engine with 435 hours of operation. The composite hull measures 25 feet 6 inches in length with an 8-foot 10-inch beam, delivering a spacious feel that exceeds typical boats of this size thanks to its pronounced bow flare and freestanding design. The engine runs a digital throttle and shift system with hydraulic steering.

The boat is fully equipped across its premium line of standard options. Seating is extensive and versatile throughout: the helm features deluxe fiberglass captain's chairs with armrests and fold-down bolsters, while an electronic aft-facing seat converts to a lounger with the activation of a control. The portside aft position includes a fold-down seat that accommodates two people, and a fold-down transom bench provides additional seating. Forward, comfortable bow seating spans both port and starboard sides.

The boat was kept indoors when not in use, showing no weathering or sun damage. It is currently undergoing cleaning and preparation.
