2017 ShearWater 270 Carolina Flare

The 2017 ShearWater 270 Carolina Flare is a 27-foot fiberglass bay boat built for both shallow-water and offshore fishing. Its Carolina flare hull design handles rough water while maintaining the shallow draft needed for inshore work. Power comes from a single 350 Mercury outboard engine, and the boat sits on a tandem-axle aluminum trailer for transport.

The center console layout keeps sightlines clear and provides practical deck space for fishing. An onboard head is located in the console for convenience. The boat carries 125 gallons of fuel, supporting extended range and time on the water.
