The 2024 NauticStar 274 Bay is a 27-foot fiberglass bay boat built for inshore fishing and shallow-water exploration. Powered by a single Suzuki 350-horsepower four-stroke engine, it combines a composite hull designed for stability and a solid ride in variable conditions. The boat handles the demands of serious anglers while remaining capable enough for occasional offshore ventures.
The layout centers on fishing functionality. A fiberglass hard top with white and slate finish shelters the helm, which features dual Simrad NSS12 EVO3 12-inch displays with blackout capability and an atlas six-inch Gorilla hydraulic jack plate. The console houses a 13-gallon livewell with aerator and recirculation. Forward is an insulated bow fish box with overboard drain and a large insulated dry storage box that converts to additional cooler or fish box space. Aft baitwell, dual rod lockers port and starboard rated for eight rods each, and three horizontal gunnel rod holders per side support serious tackle storage.
Comfort and convenience equipment includes a white fiberglass leaning post with livewell, aft jump seats with stainless steel locking hinges and storage, hydraulic trim tabs with LED switch, a Fusion Bluetooth stereo with four speakers, VHF radio, 35-quart Yeti cooler, underwater lighting, and a 36-volt trolling motor harness. Fresh water system and two-battery charger kit round out the package. The interior uses shale and harbor fiberglass upholstery with white powder-coated hardware and chrome three-dimensional logos. A marine mat is included.
