This 2017 Vanquish Yachts VQ54 is an aluminum-hulled performance day yacht built by the Dutch shipyard and no longer in production. The all-aluminum construction provides rigidity and durability while delivering a dry ride at speed. Twin MAN D2676LE423 diesel engines rated at 800 horsepower each power the boat to a maximum speed of 45 knots, with a cruising speed of 32 knots. The 54-foot beam of 16 feet is engineered for open-water capability.
The yacht underwent a comprehensive refit completed in May 2024, which included a full exterior repaint, renewal of the hull and running gear, replacement of all exterior hinges, updated sliding door locks, and new shower fittings. The engine room received new control panels, a 220-volt inverter, replaced hydraulic pipes, serviced engines and gearboxes, new seawater pump hoses, a cleaned hydraulic heat exchanger, replacement batteries, new bilge pumps, a serviced bow thruster, reconditioned underwater lights, a new water boiler, LED bathroom lighting, and replaced extraction fans.
Additional recent maintenance included a fresh bottom repaint and complete engine and generator service in April 2026 with filters, fluids, and full mechanical inspection. Port engine hours stand at 863; starboard at 860. The boat is equipped with a 17-inch Raymarine cockpit navigation system, 8-kilowatt generator, bow and stern thrusters with joystick control, automatic hydraulic hatches, remote-control anchor system with 50 meters of stainless steel chain, interior and deck refrigeration, ice maker, separate shower cabin, pop-up cleats, LED floor lighting, and automatic fire suppression in the engine room.
