The 2018 Boston Whaler 380 Outrage is a 38-foot center console powered by three Mercury engines totaling 900 horsepower. This fiberglass boat has seen modest use with 275 engine hours and benefits from five years of indoor, climate-controlled storage in an air-conditioned garage. The entire Mercury joystick steering system was replaced with latest-generation components, including all three steering servos and pumps, addressing early steering issues known to affect early examples of this model.
The helm area features dual widescreen Raymarine displays with integrated controls for navigation, stereo, and Mercury propulsion. Joystick piloting assists with docking and boat control. The air-conditioned helm deck seats four with bolsters and fold-down armrests. A fully integrated hardtop provides weather protection, and a spacious air-conditioned cabin includes a fully enclosed head. Below the bow lounge is substantial garage storage for dive equipment and other gear.
Fishing amenities are comprehensive: a 60-gallon transom livewell with brand-new acrylic cover, a converting leaning post, and multiple rod holders throughout including a custom 28-rod rocket launcher on the hardtop and a 360-degree pivoting holder. Full SeaDek flooring covers the deck surfaces. An upgraded bow shade with custom carbon fiber poles and a helm enclosure option round out the equipment list. A Seakeeper gyro-stabilizing system is installed.
The boat is equipped with a custom triple 10K axle aluminum trailer. Whaler Watch satellite monitoring capability is present, currently inactive but capable of reactivation.
