This 2018 Contender 25 Tournament is a center console powered by twin 300-horsepower Yamaha engines. The fiberglass hull measures 25 feet and is built for offshore fishing and tournament performance.
The boat is equipped with substantial fuel capacity of 147 gallons, split across two livewells of 50 and 40 gallons. Navigation and electronics include dual Garmin 12-inch multifunction displays, an 18-inch Fantom radar, autopilot, and Sirius XM weather and radio. A Sionyx night camera, Starlink, and outriggers round out the fishing setup. The audio system features a Fusion 750 head unit paired with JL Audio amplification—an 800-watt 8-channel amp, mono block amp, and multiple speaker pairs including a 12-inch subwoofer.
The motors have been fully serviced with new water pumps, filters, oil, gear lube, shaft seals, pump housings, bilge pumps, and live well pumps. New AGM batteries, trim tab actuators, and steering rams have been installed. The boat also carries a new Minn Kota Quest 36-volt spot lock trolling motor and two electric reel outlets. An Eisenglass enclosure, raw and fresh water systems, and raw and fresh water systems complete the package.
At 4,000 rpm and 36 miles per hour, the boat achieves 1.8 to 2.0 miles per gallon depending on sea conditions.
