2018 Fountain 34 Center Console

The 2018 Fountain 34 Center Console pairs a twin Mercury 400 engine setup with a versatile, fishing-oriented design. With 254 hours on the engines, the boat reaches speeds exceeding 56 knots and is built on Fountain's signature positive-lift, double-step hull. The three-piece construction combines a fiberglass hull and innerliner with a composite-cored deck and stringer grid containing no wood, creating a self-bailing cockpit with an anti-stick surface.

Navigation and electronics are comprehensive: dual 16-inch Garmin multifunction displays, domed Garmin radar, Garmin autopilot with remote, Garmin VHF radio, and a Mercury Vessel View system. Additional electronics include WiFi connectivity, underwater RGB lighting, remote spotlight, and trim tabs for performance adjustment. The helm features a carbon-fiber dash with LED switches, stainless steel steering wheel, and a flip-up bolster seat with rear-facing cushion.

The cockpit accommodates anglers with eight rod holders mounted on the gunnels, seven rod holders at the console, four insulated fish boxes with overboard discharge, and under-gunnel rod and gaff storage. Bow seating with storage, gunnel bolster cushions, and stainless steel bow rails complete the layout. An enclosed head with holding tank, freshwater sink, and shower provide onboard facilities.

Power comes from dual three-battery banks with automatic charging, a 418-gallon fuel system, dual 1200-gallon per hour bilge pumps, and a through-hull windlass with anchor. A fiberglass T-top with storage box and a JL Audio sound system are included, along with a trailer.
