2018 Fountaine Pajot Saona 47

This 2018 Fountaine Pajot Saona 47 is a five-cabin, five-head cruising catamaran built in fiberglass. Twin Volvo D2 diesel engines producing 120 horsepower each power the boat, paired with three-blade folding propellers. The engines have logged 1,850 hours. Navigation and autopilot systems include dual Garmin GPS units, two VHF radios with AIS capability, autopilot with remote control, and radar installed in 2022. The rig carries a full-batten CST mainsail with electric winch and a furling genoa.

The interior accommodates five cabins across the generous 47-foot beam of 25 feet. The saloon features a convertible table that transforms into a bed, while four electric heads with large bowls serve the living spaces. Climate control comes from a 68,000 BTU air conditioning system, and the galley is equipped with a burner, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and drinking water purifier. Entertainment includes television and a Fusion audio system with Bluetooth connectivity. A washing machine and interior LED courtesy lighting round out the cabin amenities.

Exterior features include synthetic teak decking on the transoms and cockpit, with cushioned seating on the cockpit, lounge deck, and foredeck areas. A hot water deck shower, cockpit refrigerator, and bimini enclosure at the helm station enhance usability. Summer shading surrounds the cockpit area, and protective strips run along both transoms. The electrical system comprises a 2,000-watt inverter/charger, 12-kilowatt generator, and four solar panels rated at 90–100 watts each.
