The 2018 HCB 39 Speciale is a center console built for serious offshore fishing and cruising. At 39 feet with an 11.5-foot beam, the boat combines a wide, stable platform with an expansive hardtop and curved windshield that provide protection and visibility. Twin engines power the hull—three Yamaha outboards producing 1,050 total horsepower, with recorded engine hours at 260. The boat runs to approximately 58 mph at 6,000 RPM.
The helm station is generously proportioned, with room for three crew members and fitted with a 16-inch Garmin multifunction display alongside two 12-inch Garmin screens. Navigation and entertainment are supported by autopilot and an upgraded Fusion stereo system with JL Audio speakers. A bow thruster aids maneuverability. Forward seating includes multiple chaise lounges; the aft cockpit holds additional lounges and cushioned seating for two, with all seating contoured to resist sliding under acceleration or during turns.
Below deck, the boat provides a double berth, private head, and storage. The aft cockpit is equipped for fishing with two 40-gallon pressurized livewells, rod holders throughout, tackle storage, and underwater multicolor lights. New cushioning and bolsters have been added throughout the boat. Outriggers are installed.
