The 2018 Lagoon 450 F is a 46-foot fiberglass catamaran powered by two Yanmar diesel engines. The beam of nearly 26 feet provides the characteristic stability and space of the catamaran design. With a sail area of 130 square meters, the boat is equipped with a full-batten mainsail and furling genoa for efficient sailing performance.
The interior layout includes six cabins and four heads, offering substantial accommodation for cruising or charter use. The galley is fully equipped, and the salon features two refrigerators along with microwave and entertainment systems including radio, CD, MP3, TV, and DVD capability. Additional refrigeration is housed in the cockpit.
Onboard systems support extended cruising independence. An 11 kVA generator, watermaker, and solar panel array provide power and fresh water. Fuel capacity reaches 1,040 liters with 700 liters of fresh water storage. Navigation equipment includes GPS, chart plotter, compass, echo sounder, VHF Raymarine with DSC, wind meter, and autopilot. Deck features comprise a flybridge, bimini, and sprayhood for weather protection and comfort. Electric winches, swimming ladders, external showers, and a dinghy with fiberglass hull and outboard motor complete the setup for practical cruising operations.
