The Maxi Dolphin 75 is a performance cruiser designed by Mark Mills, the Irish naval architect known for the Maxi 72 Allegre and Wallycento Tango. Built with a composite carbon corecell hull and deck, the yacht features a beamy hull form with increased volume forward, twin rudders for offwind control, and a lifting keel that balances performance with practical cruising capability. The rig is simplified for short-handed operation: swept spreader mast with square-top main, in-boom furling, recessed headsail furlers, and no backstay or runners. All sail controls lead aft to twin helm stations positioned for easy management.
Below deck, Nauta Design of Milan created an interior inspired by timeless marine aesthetics with modern sensibility, using light colors and clean geometry throughout. The accommodation plan comprises a master stateroom forward, a guest double cabin aft, an additional twin cabin with Pullman berth, and a separate crew cabin aft. Each cabin has its own ensuite heads—four heads total aboard.
Between the twin rudders lies an unusually large garage for water toys, with space for a substantial jet tender. The yacht is powered by a single Volvo Penta diesel engine and features the versatility expected of a design built for both cruising comfort and sailing performance.
