2018 Ranger Tugs R-23

This 2018 Ranger Tugs R-23 is a 23-foot fiberglass express cruiser built for trailerable cruising, powered by a Yamaha F200 outboard with 640 hours. The boat runs at speeds up to 40 knots and cruises comfortably at 20 knots. It comes equipped with a bow thruster, Garmin navigation system with remote and sonar, VHF radio, Lenco trim tabs, and a Mantus anchor system with stainless steel bow roller and 60 feet of chain. A double-axle Load Rite trailer is included.

The layout maximizes space in a compact footprint with a bright pilothouse featuring a curved windshield and opening glass bulkhead with reversible seating. Four atrium skylights and opening portlights provide natural light and ventilation throughout. Below deck, the boat offers a private forward berth, midship berth, convertible dinette that sleeps four, an enclosed head with shower, and a galley with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric stove, and hot and cold water.

The electrical system has been upgraded with a 325-watt solar panel paired with a Victron energy monitor, a separate lithium battery with dedicated charger and inverter for high-draw appliances, and a second inverter for shore power. The boat has been freshwater-only and includes additional features such as underwater lights, a swim platform with integrated ladder, rod holders, and Oceanaire roller shades throughout the cabin.
