2018 Regal 28 Express

The 2018 Regal 28 Express is a single-engine express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull, powered by a 350 hp Volvo gasoline engine. At just under 29 feet in length with an 8.5-foot beam, it delivers a maximum speed of 40 knots and a cruising speed of 28 knots, offering the performance and agility of a smaller boat within a trailerable frame.

The layout balances day cruising and overnight accommodation. The saloon features teak tables, leather-touch upholstery, and walnut flooring, with a galley equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Below deck sleeps a queen-sized berth plus a convertible front couch. The cockpit includes a teak table, integrated grill, and space for lounging. A full head with shower completes the below-deck amenities.

The boat carries extensive upgrades and equipment. Notable items include a bow thruster, electric power tower, windlass anchor with remote, blue underwater lighting, sea deck swim platform, high-performance stereo system with remote controls throughout, trim tabs, power-assisted steering, and a TV with DVD. AC and heat are installed, along with a pressurized water system, water heater, automatic fire suppression, automatic bilge pump, battery charger with smart management, 30 amp shore power with 50-foot cord, and integrated self-bailing drainage.

A GPS chartplotter (Garmin Echomap 93sv with 9-inch screen) and upgraded stereo system with amplifier are included. The boat features hull-side picture windows, a carbon monoxide detector, and was custom-ordered from Regal. Recent work includes new bottom paint and prop inspection.
