The 2018 Regency 254 LE3 Sport is a 27-foot aluminum pontoon built for both leisure and water sports. Powered by a single 300-horsepower Mercury engine, it combines comfortable cruising with sporty performance. The boat features three powder-coated pontoon logs equipped with lifting strakes and wave deflectors for stability and handling across various water conditions.

The layout prioritizes social comfort and entertainment. An 11-foot powered Bimini top with integrated LED lighting and storage pockets provides shade and weather protection. The raised helm station offers a deluxe captain's chair with tilt hydraulic steering, illuminated controls, and gauges.
