2018 Riviera 4800 Sport Yacht

The 2018 Riviera 4800 is a 48-foot sport cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo Penta D8 IPS 800 pod drives producing 1,200 horsepower combined. The yacht cruises at 30 knots and reaches a top speed of 34 knots. Twin lever electronic controls and joystick steering at the helm provide responsive handling, supported by Volvo's Digital Positioning System.

The main deck features a single-level layout with a forward-facing cockpit bench, port-side wet bar, and adjustable starboard table that converts to a sun pad. The galley sits aft within the salon for easy cockpit access. An elevated C-shaped dining lounge occupies the starboard side, while a sunroof brings natural light and ventilation throughout. The helm is positioned to port, with the staircase to the lower accommodations on the starboard side. Contemporary hull windows and a stainless steel-framed sliding glass rear bulkhead define the modern interior aesthetic.

Below decks, an atrium at the base of the stairs features a convertible L-shaped sofa. The master stateroom forward has an island berth, while the aft guest cabin offers three single berths. Exterior features include a hydraulic boarding platform for tender operations and a tender garage beneath the cockpit, accessed via a hydraulically operated door. The boat carries a complete Garmin electronics package and dual glass bridge displays for navigation and systems monitoring.
