The 245 DC is a 24-foot dual console built on Sailfish's sixth-generation VDS hull. Powered by a single 250-horsepower Yamaha engine, it combines fishing capability with family-friendly comfort. The boat measures 8.5 feet across the beam and is designed to trailer easily while handling varied water and weather conditions.
Fishing features include bow and cockpit fish boxes, a live well, rod holders positioned throughout the boat, and in-floor rod storage. The layout seats up to 12 people and includes deep bow seating, a captain's station with plush seating, and a three-position flip-flop passenger seat. A full head with spacious step-down access is situated below. The boat also accommodates a retractable ski pole and optional cockpit galley.
The 245 DC is constructed using SailTech techniques: a Kevlar-reinforced hull, carbon fiber-supported deck, wood-free construction, hand-laid fiberglass, and marine-grade stainless steel fittings. The cockpit features high gunwales and a roomy layout, with an intelligently designed console. Storage is integrated throughout the boat. A hardtop provides weather protection and shade. Optional equipment available includes an electric head, hardtop misting system, full galley with refrigeration, underwater lighting, and a thru-hull windlass.
