The 2018 Thunder Jet 185 Explorer is an 18-foot welded aluminum runabout built for both inland and coastal waters. Its deep-V hull with 12-degree deadrise delivers a smooth ride, while the heavy-gauge construction provides durability and reliability. Power comes from twin Mercury outboards: a 115-horsepower four-stroke main engine and a 9.9-horsepower kicker for trolling, with just 103 hours logged on the main engine.
