2018 Yamaha Boats 242 Limited S E-Series

The 2018 Yamaha 242 Limited S E-Series is a 24-foot jet boat built on a fiberglass hull and powered by dual gasoline engines. Yamaha's internal jet propulsion system draws water through housed propellers and expels it through the engines, eliminating the need for an exposed outboard drivetrain. This design delivers quick planing with minimal bow rise and shallow draft, while freeing up the stern for a spacious swim platform.

The boat is equipped with Lenco trim tabs featuring automatic controls, JetBoatPilot lateral thrusters and thrust vectors for enhanced maneuverability. Navigation and communication systems include an Uniden radio with Pacific antenna. The fuel system benefits from upgraded metal cooling outlet fittings that replace the original plastic fittings, and an upgraded shower pump provides improved water pressure. A ProMariner dual battery charger and conditioner manages the electrical system.
