2019 Bavaria C45

The 2019 Bavaria C45 is a 46-foot motor cruiser built in fiberglass. Powered by a single 80 hp Yammer diesel engine, it accommodates three cabins with two heads and sleeping for six. The layout includes an owner's cabin with memory foam mattress, a spacious dressing area, and an L-shaped galley. The boat is equipped for extended cruising with substantial infrastructure: 667 liters of freshwater tankage and 240 liters of fuel capacity.

The electrical and mechanical systems reflect recent investment. The engine underwent a full service in May 2025 that included sail drive joint replacement, temperature exchanger and elbow service, turbo inspection, valve adjustment, and a new transmission. Solar panels (3×150W) with MPPT charge controller supply auxiliary power, complemented by a 60 L/h water maker and a 5 kW generator with 322 hours of run time. Battery management includes three 110A AGM service batteries, new engine and thruster batteries, and a Victron system controller.

Navigation electronics consist of B&G displays (one 10-inch below deck and two above) integrated with B&G radar, VHF with AIS, Navtex, compass, and autopilot. Interior systems include new cooking appliances (stove and oven from 2024), refrigeration with freezer, microwave, washing machine, forced-air heating, and two manual marine heads. The cockpit is outfitted with an integral three-part bimini top, dinghy table, shower, swim ladder, stainless platform, and sun loungers. A 3D inflatable tender with 6 hp Suzuki motor was revised in 2025.

The sails include reinforced battened foresails in carbon and a newly upgraded high-specification main and jib set, with electro-hydraulic genoa, staysail on roller furlers, and code D on furlers. Additional storage includes a new Dacron foresail. Deck hardware comprises electric winches, chain counter, and deck organizers with electric anchor windlass. Safety gear includes a life raft for six, revised in March 2025.
