2019 Bavaria S40 Coupe HT

The 2019 Bavaria S40 Coupe HT is a 40-foot express cruiser built with fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo Penta D-300 diesel engines producing 600 horsepower combined. The boat cruises comfortably at 27 knots and reaches 34 knots at top speed, with a range of 200 nautical miles on 200 gallons of fuel. Joystick control makes handling straightforward, whether underway or maneuvering in tight spaces. A Sidepower bowthruster and Bennett electric trim tabs add to the boat's responsive performance.

The layout combines outdoor entertaining spaces with private below-deck comfort. The expansive cockpit features seating for six, a wet bar with ceramic grill, 80-liter refrigeration, and a retractable hard sunroof overhead. Large sliding doors lead into the salon, which seats six more around an expandable table and includes a 50-inch smart television. The helm position sits forward with excellent sightlines and room for two, with a navigator's station to port. Below deck, a U-shaped settee and galley occupy the main salon, while the owner's cabin features a king-sized island bed with opening hatch and ports for ventilation. The guest cabin can be configured with twin or king-sized beds and includes a sofa. The single head has a separate shower enclosure and electric freshwater toilet.

Upgrades throughout include walnut interior joinery with elm flooring, ivory leather upholstery, enhanced lighting, premium mattresses, and blackout and bug screens on all hatches. The galley has a Force 10 electric cooktop and Dometic refrigerator with freezer. Navigation electronics include a Simrad NSSevo 12-inch multifunction display with wifi, Simrad autopilot, and Simrad RS35 VHF with AIS receiver. Dual Webasto diesel heaters provide heating with forced ventilation.

The boat carries an AB aluminum RHIB tender with Yamaha 9.9 hp outboard mounted on the electric swim platform. Recent service completed in April 2025 included haul-out, anti-fouling, zinc replacement, engine oil change, and installation of a new port leg.
