The 2019 Capelli Tempest 1000 Open is a 33-foot rigid inflatable powered by twin Suzuki DF300BMD Duo-Prop engines installed in 2023 with 56 hours of running time. The boat delivers strong performance and responsive handling, equipped with joystick control and Furuno NavPilot-300 autopilot for precise maneuvering and navigation. Navigation electronics include a Garmin GPSmap 8700 multifunction display.

The design combines an open cockpit layout with spacious sunbathing areas at both bow and stern. The helm station is positioned for clear sightlines and safe control. A cabin below contains sleeping quarters and a separate head, making the boat suitable for overnight trips or extended cruising.

The hull and structure employ high-quality marine materials including composite construction, marine plywood, solid teak, and stainless steel fittings throughout. Cushions have been newly upholstered. The construction reflects Capelli's focus on durability and finish quality in the manufacturing process.
