This 2019 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha 150-hp engines with only 277 hours of operation. The boat features a hardtop with integrated radio boxes, dual custom bimini tops forward and aft, and a side boarding door with hidden ladder for easy access. A Lewmar windlass with stainless anchor, dual live wells, and substantial rod storage—22 holders plus under-gunnel racks—support both fishing and cruising pursuits.

The console houses a full array of electronics including a Garmin GPSmap XSV plotter and Garmin VHF radio, paired with a Polk stereo system featuring eight speakers. Onboard storage includes a porta potty in the console and a carry-aboard cooler. The boat rides on a high-quality aluminum dual-axle trailer built in 2020.
