2024 Key West 263 FS

The 2024 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha 200 hp engines. With 587 hours logged, the boat delivers capable performance for fishing and cruising in a compact, maneuverable platform.

The open layout centers around the console, offering unobstructed deck space for fishing or day-boating. The design balances functionality with access to the helm and side gunwales typical of the 263 FS class.

The engines have been serviced according to manufacturer specifications. The hull sides and topsides have been compounded and polished, and the bottom has been repainted.
