2019 Lagoon 450 F

This 2019 Lagoon 450 F is a 45-foot catamaran designed by VPLP, built with a fiberglass hull, deck, and superstructure. The boat features twin fin keels, a 25-foot beam, and a draft of 4 feet 4 inches. Power comes from two Yanmar 4JH57SD 57-horsepower diesel engines with saildrive units and three-blade aluminum propellers, having accumulated approximately 2,950 to 3,000 engine hours.

The boat accommodates eight guests across four cabins, plus a dedicated two-person crew cabin. It includes four electric heads and showers, four holding tanks, and a galley equipped with an Eno oven, three-burner hob, and stainless steel fridge-freezer system. Onboard systems include an Onan 11-kilowatt genset, Webasto air conditioning with 48,000 BTU capacity, and a Technicomar watermaker producing 140 liters per hour. The electrical system features a 10-bank battery setup with 140-amp GEL service batteries, Victron 2000-watt inverter, Cristec 3 x 80 amp-hour battery charger, and solar panels.

The sailing rig includes original standing rigging in stainless steel, fully battened mainsail with lazy bag, and furling genoa in dacron, managed by six Harken winches with one electric winch. The boat carries a quick electric windlass, full flybridge bimini, Indian tent-style bow covering, cockpit shower, and 80-liter stainless steel cockpit fridge with electro-hydraulic gangway. Navigation and control systems are predominantly Raymarine B&G instruments, including a Zeus 12-inch chartplotter, Triton 2 control panel with dual displays at the helm, Y50 wireless handset, speed log, wind, depth, GPS, autopilot, VHF, AIS, and compass. A 3.3-meter Italian tender with 9.9-horsepower Mercury outboard, a 12-person life raft (serviced 2025), 14 life jackets, EPIRB, and electric and manual bilge pumps complete the equipment.
