2019 Leopard 40

A 2019 Leopard 40 catamaran built in fiberglass with a 40-foot length and 22-foot beam. Twin Yanmar 3YM30AE diesel engines of 30 horsepower each power the boat, with approximately 1,190 hours on each. The yacht carries a comprehensive sail plan including main, genoa, and code zero sails, along with a parasail. Recent upgrades through 2024 include new spinnaker and mainsheet lines in Dyneema, refurbished genoa stitching, and new STX clutches. Sail drives received new seals, and propellers are Max Prop four-blade units with service completed in 2024.

The interior comprises three cabins and two heads. The saloon features a 32-inch HD television, custom extended shelving on the port side, and hidden storage. The owner's cabin includes a 27-inch HD television. Both bathrooms have bidets, with the master featuring a luxury model with hot and cold water and remote control. A Splendid washer-dryer combination and six interior ventilation fans support daily living. Window treatments include SeaAir blinds throughout with hatch screens and blackout covers.

Electrical systems reflect substantial recent investment. A 2023 Victron 5000-watt inverter and Cerbo GX control unit work with three 330-watt solar panels and three lithium batteries, installed in 2023. A Garmin PanOptics 17-inch navigation screen with forward and downward scanning sonar supports navigation, paired with dual Vesper VHF radios with AIS. Dual Mabru 12,000 BTU DC air and heat pump units can operate ten hours on solar power alone. Additional systems include two Garmin autopilots, Fusion stereo with subwoofer, underwater lighting, and a complete LED lighting package throughout.

The exterior features a full Eisenglass enclosure for the cockpit and helm, custom sun shades, Flexi-Teak flooring on decks and in heads, and a recent hull repaint in 2024 with multi-layer bio-cop ablative paint. A Rocna 25-kilogram anchor with 300 feet of galvanized chain, oversized fenders, and extensive stainless steel hardware complete the setup. A 2019 Highfield CL340 inflatable tender with 2023 Suzuki 20-horsepower electric-start outboard is included.
