2019 Malibu Wakesetter 22 LSV

This 2019 Malibu Wakesetter 22 LSV is a 22-foot fiberglass watersports boat powered by a 450-hp Malibu engine. The boat seats up to 14 and offers a choice of two hull designs: the Diamond Multisport hull for versatility across wakeboarding, surfing, and waterskiing, or the Wake Plus Hull optimized for surfing and wakeboarding. Its compact length makes it easy to tow and fits in standard garage storage while delivering the full feature set of the LSV line.

The interior features a traditional bow design with a redesigned helm seat and an additional Malibu Wake View Bench Seat to maximize seating comfort. The front lounge area is spacious and readily accessible from the cockpit.

The boat is built around Malibu's Integrated Surf Platform (I.S.P.), which combines multiple systems for watersports performance. The Surf Gate system generates barreling waves at the push of a button and can transfer between port and starboard in three seconds. The Quad Hard-Tank Ballast system now includes Max Ballast L-shaped rear tanks, with optional plug-n-play ballast bags for added customization. An integrated float sensor allows the driver to monitor ballast via the Malibu Command Center. The Power Wedge III hydrofoil adds up to 4,500 pounds of additional wake displacement with five degrees of lift and expanded wedge positions for faster planing and greater wake customization.

Control of all I.S.P. systems is handled through the Malibu Command Center, optional Sport Dash Rotary Dial, or helm-mounted push buttons, with a Surf Band Wrist Remote available for adjusting Power Wedge III, Surf Gate, speed, and audio from the water. The swimboard and flooring are finished in Malibu Soft Grip material. Audio comes from a digitally tuned Wet Sounds system with multi-zone volume control.
