The 2019 OceanPro 35 is a 35-foot fiberglass explorer built for commercial parasailing operations. Powered by a single 500 hp Cummins diesel engine, it reaches 30 knots at full throttle and cruises at 26 knots. The boat is USCG-certified to carry 15 parasailers plus captain and mate, with capacity to launch tandem and triple parasail configurations.
The hull features a modified deep-V design with hand-laid fiberglass construction throughout. The deck is hand-laid fiberglass with non-skid treatment and self-bailing capability. Deck-to-hull joints are riveted every 6 inches with 3M 4200 adhesive and stainless steel fasteners. The stringer system uses fiberglass-wrapped, encapsulated plywood for structural integrity. Hardware includes aluminum inflation arch and harness rail, stainless steel bow chocks, cleats, and through-hulls.
The helm features a fiberglass console with stainless steel steering wheel, tinted windshield, and dry storage locker. Navigation and safety equipment includes USCG-approved navigational lights, a Rule 1200 GPH bilge pump, compass, depth sounder, and VHF radio. The electrical system runs on two 12-volt batteries in series with a waterproof DC panel and circuit breakers.
Parasail-specific equipment includes a stainless steel heavy-duty winch with 1000-foot capacity for 7/16-inch line, rotating swivel with tri-roller head, line leveling system, and custom hydraulic controls. Additional features include Lenco trim tabs, washdown system, and Fusion AM/FM stereo.
