The 2019 Scout 210 Dorado is a dual-console fishing boat built on a fiberglass hull, measuring just over 20 feet with an 8-foot beam. It is powered by a single Yamaha 150 horsepower outboard engine equipped with fuel injection. The boat features outboard hydraulic steering with power tilt and trim, a tilt wheel, and a trim indicator for easy control and adjustment on the water.

The layout includes driver and passenger bucket seats at the console, an aft bench seat, and open bow seating with integrated storage. Additional storage compartments are positioned throughout, including a console locker and floor locker. The bow area houses a live well for bait or catch. A Bimini top provides shade and weather protection.
