2019 Scout 420 LXF

The 2019 Scout 420 LXF is a 42-foot sportfishing yacht built on a composite, epoxy-infused hull designed for structural stability and reduced weight. Powered by four Mercury 400 Verado outboards producing 1,600 total horsepower, the boat delivers capable offshore performance with extended range provided by extra forward fuel capacity.

The cabin accommodates overnight cruising with premium finishes, air conditioning, and a full head. The helm station features triple Garmin multifunction displays with integrated navigation and sonar, complemented by Garmin radar for all-weather situational awareness. An elevated tower provides commanding visibility for both fishing and boat handling. A Fisher Panda diesel generator supplies onboard electrical power.

Handling and maneuvering are enhanced by a bow thruster with joystick control, ZipWake trim tabs for automatic ride optimization, and a SeaKeeper gyro stabilization system. Additional equipment includes autopilot, carbon fiber outriggers for fishing, a heavy-duty towing eye, and an aft sunshade. The bottom has been freshly painted. The yacht carries a beam of 13 feet 1 inch.
