The 2019 Sea Hunt Ultra 235 SE is a 23-foot 7-inch center console built on a fiberglass deep-V hull with sharp entry and pronounced bow flare. Powered by a single 200 hp Yamaha outboard, the boat weighs roughly 3,800 pounds dry and carries 96 gallons of fuel plus approximately 10–15 gallons of freshwater. The design accommodates 8–10 people and balances fishing capability with comfort for sandbar and cruising use.

The layout centers on a helm station with a leaning post, bolsters, and footrest, along with hydraulic steering and trim tabs with auto-retract. A large flush-mount area accepts a multi-function display, and standard instrumentation includes VHF radio, Bluetooth stereo with multiple speakers, and a lighted compass. A powder-coated fiberglass T-top overhead carries integrated LED spreader and courtesy lights, electronics box, misters, and kingfish rod holders.

Forward seating wraps around the bow with removable backrests, with insulated fish boxes or coolers built into the structure below. The console includes a compartment sized for a portable head. Full cockpit bolsters, toe rails, and under-gunwale rod storage complete the forward area. Aft, a large folding bench sits over the livewell and systems access, with integrated swim platforms on both sides, a starboard side-entry door with dedicated stainless ladder, and a telescoping transom ladder.
