2019 Sea Ray SLX 400 Outboard

The 2019 Sea Ray SLX 400 Outboard is a 40-foot fiberglass bowrider powered by triple 350-horsepower Mercury Verado outboards. With a cruising speed of 28 knots and top end of 45 knots, the boat combines responsive performance with the fuel efficiency and shallow-water capability of outboard propulsion. Three engines deliver 1,050 total horsepower, with approximately 425 hours on the motors.

The layout accommodates overnight guests across two cabins and one head, with sleeping berths for four. The aft cabin features a queen-sized bed, while the forward cabin includes a bunk that converts to a social seating area. The expansive cockpit centers on a well-equipped galley with wet bar, refrigerator, and sink. A distinctive fold-down terrace extends the cockpit to the water's edge, while forward touring seats and a convertible bow table with cupholders create multiple gathering zones throughout the boat.

Navigation and entertainment systems include twin 16-inch Simrad color GPS and chart plotters with integrated fish, depth, and radar displays, autopilot functionality, and a Simrad dome radar. A Fusion marine stereo with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi streaming serves the helm, cockpit, and cabin zones. Joystick docking and Skyhook anchoring simplify handling, supported by an anchor windlass and electronic throttle controls. A 7.5-kilowatt Kohler generator runs the onboard systems.

Climate control comes through a reversible 10,000-BTU marine air conditioning unit and multiple shade options: a fiberglass hardtop with optional aft extended sunshade and bow sail shade system, a retractable cockpit sunroof at midship, and a skylight above the helm. The boat was hauled and exterior-detailed in May 2026, with brand-new seating cushions installed in June 2026. The automated fold-down terrace was fully rebuilt in 2025. A 6-battery bank supports engine and house loads, with dual 30-amp shore power connections and dual onboard digital battery chargers.
