2019 Squalt Marine CK 64

The 2019 Squalt Marine CK 64 is a 64-foot aluminium catamaran built for serious offshore cruising. The hull is constructed from marine-grade aluminium 5083 H111, MIG-welded inside and out with continuously welded watertight bulkheads, and carries Category A offshore certification. Twin 110-horsepower Kubota diesel engines power the boat, with an option for 140-horsepower turbocharged variants. The sailing rig features a 24-metre aluminium mast with a fully battened main and electric furling genoa, delivering 250 square metres of canvas upwind and 320 square metres downwind.

The accommodation spans six cabins with six heads throughout. The saloon offers panoramic windows and seats eight to ten at the dining table, with 2.20 metres of headroom and direct access to the aft cockpit via a sliding door. Four guest cabins each contain a 150 by 200-centimetre double bed with private ensuite, separate shower, electric WC, and hull porthole. Two forward crew cabins have their own heads. The galley is equipped with a three-burner professional gas cooker, large Haier refrigerator-freezer with 456 and 229 litres capacity respectively, dishwasher, stone worktop, and extractor fan.

Systems include 6,400 litres of fuel capacity, 2,400 litres of fresh water across two tanks, a 280-litre-per-hour watermaker, 10-kilowatt generator, and dual battery banks comprising 1,600 amp-hours of service capacity plus four 140 amp-hour lithium modules. A full Raymarine electronics suite incorporates Axiom 12 and 15 chartplotters, AIS700 transceiver, Quantum radar, and autopilot. Air conditioning is fitted throughout all cabins and the saloon, and a Focal and Fusion ten-speaker audio system is installed.

The aft cockpit features teak decking, a cockpit table, fridge and freezer, and a full bimini cover. The fly bridge helm station includes a two-seat helm position with remote engine and windlass controls. Raymarine's Axiom 15 chartplotter is mounted at the fly bridge as well.
