2019 Tarsis 28

This 2019 Tarsis 28 is a single-cabin sailing yacht built with a fiberglass hull reinforced by high-density polyurethane foam between inner and outer molds, making it unsinkable and structurally robust. The hull design comes from Manolo Ruiz de Elvira and Manuel López, designers behind four America's Cup wins across nine editions, resulting in a high-performance sailing platform. Powered by a single 15 hp Yanmar diesel engine, the boat is certified for Zone 2 waters and equipped with safety gear including an emergency beacon and a portable VHF radio, allowing for passages to the Balearic Islands and Columbretes.

The hull features an open design with a deep keel and bulb, dual semi-balanced rudders, and a fold-down stern platform. The keel attaches to the hull via a wedge-type joint secured with eight stainless steel bolted plates. A spacious cockpit with a large stern platform makes the boat comfortable for fishing or swimming during anchorage.

One cabin and one head serve the interior, which is arranged for comfortable cruising despite the yacht's performance-oriented design. The boat sails efficiently at speeds over 11 knots with just mainsail and jib, yet the layout supports relaxed weekend and summer cruising.

The engine received routine annual service and antifouling maintenance as of October 2025, with Propspeed silicone antifouling applied to the propeller. The yacht has seen regular use in local coastal waters off Valencia as a first-owner boat.
